Be as honest as possible here — any outstanding issues now are fixable. Undisclosed issues found later can complicate remediation and cost more.

⚠️ Remediation may be required: If your company has outstanding filings or is at risk of being struck off, urgent action is needed. Our compliance team can assess exactly what is outstanding and prepare a remediation plan. Please include details in Section 4 notes.
⚠️ Expired licence: Operating with a lapsed LFSA licence is a compliance breach. Renewal may require penalty payment and regulatory review. We will flag this clearly in our scope.
